Stub posts and posts are manufactured from the highest quality steel tubing. The top posts are welded or bolted to the post, and then the entire post is hot dipped galvanized. Under gutter post heights are available from 8' to 16'.
Gutters are formed and punched from 11 gauge steel and are hot dipped galvanized after manufacture.
Trusses are of welded construction and are hot dipped galvanized after manufacture.
Hoops are rolled from 1-5/8" x 2-3/4" x 16-guage oval or 1" x 3" x 16-guage galvalume tube, and are spaced on 3'c/c, 4'c/c or 6'c/c.
Roof profiles available are standard, arch, and peaked.
Roof purlins are of 1-1/2" diameters x 16-gauge galvalume tubing.
Post bracing and wind bracing are 3/8" diameter threaded rod.
Camlock/polylock, a two piece aluminum extrusion is pre-punched for installation.
Aluminum gable extrusions are designed to accept wirelock that securely fastens the poly.

Gable ends are framed with 3" x 3" x 14-gauge hot dipped galvanized steel tube upright posts and 2" x 2" x 16-gauge galvanized steel tube horizontal purlins. End wall framing can be covered with 8mm polycarbonate sheeting, poly film, or corrugated polycarbonate. Other covering options are available. Aluminum extrusions for each covering application are provided along with all required fasteners and hardware.

VENTILATION SYSTEMS
Gutter vent systems consist of either aluminum or steel racks and pinions on 4'c/c or 6'c/c spacing and 1-5/16" OD galvanized steel drive shaft. 1" x 2" x 16-gauge vent arms, aluminum vent sill with rubber closure seal and poly lock extrusion, shaft hangers and all required fasteners and hardware are supplied. Manual vent operation and automatic vent motors are available.
Gutter or ridge vents are available. All roof vents include aluminum lower frames with seals and are designed for each application.

Sidewall vents available in poly film, polycarbonate or glass.
Gable vents available in poly film, polycarbonate or glass.
Roll up sidewalls are available in both manual and motorized versions.
INFLATION SYSTEM
Custom inflation systems for individual grower requirements are available.
DRIP GUTTER
Aluminum drip gutter extrusion assemblies come complete with drip gutter hangers. Aluminum drip gutter end spouts are also available.
LEAN-TO
Lean-to addition standard widths are 12', 14', 17.5' and 19'.
