We manufacture a wide range of greenhouse structures, conservatories, atria and skylights. We offer custom designs, developed to suit site and use specific requirements.

A complete greenhouse system may comprise heating and ventilation systems; mobile overhead shading systems; irrigation, fogging and misting; photosynthetic, photoperiod and service lighting; CO₂ enrichment equipment; analog or computer controls; electrical work as well as commissioning and training services.

The primary structure --trusses, columns, frames, beams, or girders-- are hot dipped galvanized steel or aluminum. Aluminum finishes can be supplied as mill finish, painted or anodized. Cladding material include regular tempered glass in single sheet, sealed glass units, acrylic and polycarbonate structured sheets. Insulated glass can be used overhead on the truss house and in the sidewall and gable ends of the arch design. Glass is available in a variety of styles, including low E, low iron, gas filled, textured, wired and laminated.

Natural and/or fan ventilated designs are available. The naturally ventilated design include ridge vents, sidewall or gable vents. Fan ventilation can also be used to cool our houses. Modern greenhouses make extensive use of horizontal airflow and vertical air movement fans for uniform temperatures and good air circulation.

A carefully designed control system is essential to the proper and efficient operation of any greenhouse. Changes in weather conditions influence the greenhouse climate immediately and the controls must be especially responsive. Integration of the different components and sub-systems that make up the greenhouse package is essential, if the critical conditions of temperature, humidity, light and nutrients are to be maintained to close tolerances.
